Where can you go with TOEFL® test scores?

The TOEFL test is the most widely respected English-language test in the world, recognized by more than 10,000 colleges, universities and agencies in more than 130 countries, including Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States.

To search institutions that accept TOEFL scores, visit the TOEFL Destination Search(opens new window). You can search by institution name, location or TOEFL score requirement. Be sure to confirm any institution’s information (such as score requirements) with the institution directly.
Here are some important notes about using TOEFL scores in Australia and the United Kingdom (UK):

Australia: TOEFL scores are accepted for student visas, and also for a number of additional visa categories including skilled migration, post-study work, temporary graduate and permanent residence. English Verbs and How to Use Them

English verbs can express an action (run, bring, come, look, give, get, etc.) or a state of being (be, seem, appear, need.) Verbs are simpler in English than in many languages. Most have only two forms in the present tense and one form in other tenses. In the present tense we use the base form for I, you, and all plurals. For third person singular (he, she, it, Jack, Mrs. Smith, a tree, the city, etc.) we add an '-s' or sometimes '-es' to the end of the base form.  The verb 'to be' is an exception. It has three forms in the present and two in the past. It's so important that it is worth the extra study it takes. Modal verbs are also exceptions, as they have only one form.
